Transport: Return transfers from Ngurah Rai International Airport to Hotel Komune.
Accommodation: 6 nights / 7 days in luxury beachfront surrounds.

6:15 am: Sunrise Meditation on the beach.
7:00 am: Morning Yoga/Retreat session
8:30 am: Coffee and light breakfast
9.30 am: Morning Retreat session
12:00 pm: Chef-prepared lunch.
2:00 pm: Afternoon Retreat session (All levels).
4:00 pm: Free time (Swim, rest, explore, or indulge in the spa).
6:00 pm: Nutritious dinner at the Beach Club or Health Hub.

Lisa has founded Masters Meridian Yoga which offers accredited yoga teacher training for aspiring yoga teachers - who want to grow and be the best teachers they can be - and for existing yoga teachers - who want to excel and take their learning to the next level.
We combine both Western and Eastern frameworks and overlay Oriental-Therapy to your accredited training.

“Hi, I’m Lisa Masters, a 60-year-old Sydneysider, and mother of three. I’ve been teaching yoga therapy for 30 years and practicing traditional oriental medicine for 20 years. But I’m not just a yoga therapy teacher, acupuncturist, or practitioner of oriental medicine, what I do is impart knowledge that is thousands of years old by supporting all the different healing therapies and providing my clients with a range of tools that are simple, practical and achievable for Everybody!
Too often we focus on the symptoms and obvious problems with our health but with my professional experience, I am able to identify the root causes of many of these issues. Often we feel great during a class or directly after a treatment, however, I strongly believe that therapy is not just about the class or treatment. Therapy is about understanding your natural balance and then being able to apply the tools I teach you to your daily life. It is important for YOU to take control of your health!
I believe in energy and function and I love to teach, your goals are my passion and I want everyone to understand their own natural balance because ‘only you know you’. Choosing health is empowering and EveryBody deserves to feel good.”
